Kedarnath Helicopter Online Booking Service 2021

Kedarnath, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva is located at a height of 3553 Mtr above mean sea level. The temple is believed to have been built by Pandavas of Mahabharat fame and was revived by Adi Guru Shankaracharya. Reaching the temple is a bit difficult owing to the high altitude area. Those who wish to visit Kedarnath have to drive upto Phata or Guptkashi where the helipads are located. From these helipads, Kedarnath Helicopter service operates. Other than this, the Yatris can also drive further upto Gaurikund for trekking to Kedarnath.

Terms and Conditions for Helicopter Service

  • The helicopter service for Kedarnathji will be operated from our helipad at Phata on a regular basis everyday from May until the temple doors are closed in November around Diwali. Flights are generally not operated during monsoon season.
  • Reporting time is not to be confused with boarding time, Boarding will take place upto 01 hours after the reporting time

    Children Above 2 years of age will be provided with a Full seat and will be charged full fare. For infants less than two years the fare will be 10% of the ticket cost and no seat will be provided to the infants.

    All Passenger should report at the given reporting time, the boarding may take place any time after that depending on traffic and flight schedule.

    Hand baggage not weighing more than 2 Kg per person only will be allowed.

    The advance booking can be made by making full payments of the ticket

    Night Halt at Kedarnath is not allowed by the government. Therefore passengers must return back to Phata the same day.
